Refund Policy
If the event is cancelled by the caterer, a full refund within 10 days of cancellation is provided.
If the client requests cancellation 90 days or more before the event, a full refund is given.
If the client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the event, 50% of the contract total is owed to the caterer to compensate foods we have purchased to cater the contract.
We do not offer refunds on food that the customer has in their possession for health reasons.
